What a "Bright Idea" and great way to contribute to Missions!
Thanks Fred!

Eastern Baptist Association is holding a fundraiser for the Paul Langston Wheelchair Ramp Project October 2, 2021. Fred Benton is donating some of his woodwork to be sold to benefit this mission. Tammy Weeks from the Charity Rebuild Center has reviewed the cutting boards and hand made wooden buckets and decided on suggested contributions. All proceeds will go to the mission of building wheelchair ramps.

The cutting boards will have a variety of patterns and will be $40.

The wooden buckets will be $100.

Tammy has a cutting board at the Center for viewing. She has agreed to letting the boards be sold prior to the event for those that won't be able to attend. Fred Benton still has eleven available for pre-sale because some people have already expressed interest in purchasing one or more boards. If you want to chose from that selection message him to set up a time. Whatever is not pre-sold by September 15th will be available on October 2 at the event. Thank you for your interest in supporting this mission.

Helps Mr. Paul with dinner!
He looks like a "Super Hero" about to take flight when he carries out the trash!
Drills holes on some crafty things the ladies are making for the Fall Festival!
Helps to organize the school supplies!
Teaches his little sister, Emma all about doing laundry!
And somehow finds time in his busy day to play around a little!

It can be pretty exhausting being a missionary-but he and Emma love it!

It always makes a "Bright Day" with some pretty BIG Mission Ideas when  the Mt. Vernon bus rolls in filled with Youth!

They raised enough funds to build an entire wheelchair ramp and presented the check to our Director!

They also helped out by loading up some donations to go to the Thrift Store where they help out on a regular basis.

Looks like they are living out the statement on the back of their bus-
"Where Faith Takes on Life"

It's volunteers like these that keep our Thrift Store well stocked and looking so good-
Many thanks to Mt. Vernon Youth!
