CORD Student Ministries

Cord Student Ministries is a ministry sponsored by the Eastern Baptist Association to serve students and youth leaders in our churches and communities.

Maintaining student unity within the churches of the EBA and the communities in which they exist is such an important component of the Church as a whole.  Offering programs and ministry will develop relationships among students from several churches coming together to serve, will help students grasp the picture of what God's Kingdom looks like on earth and be ready to be a part of His Kingdom as they grow into adulthood.

An annual CORD Conference available to Pastors, Student Pastors, and Student Leaders will provide them an opportunity to grow in their ability to lead their students in ministry and fellowship.

Through small mission camps called Reach Weeks, students and their leaders can actively serve in small mission group projects while also participating in a camp type experience. Students will stay at the Charity Re-Build site and attend worship services each night.

Ecclesiastes 4:12 says, "And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him - a threefold cord is not easily broken."
