113th WMU/EBA Annual Session
April 28th, 2022
The 113th WMU/EBA Annual Session was a blast as Our focus was "God’s Plan - Our Purpose".. Great testimonies from Pat Norris (Sharon Baptist) Christy Cunningham (Rowan Baptist) . Both ladies shared how they have found their purpose and God’s unique plan He has for their lives. Music blessed our hearts as two sisters stepped up to the microphones and the sound that came out was a joyful noise to The Lord, Lauren Norwood, Heather Jones. (Dobson Chapel). Installation of the new WMU officers for 2022-2023 was led by Rev. Richard Weeks.. Mission opportunities are endless so ladies remember God has Plan and Purpose for you..

WMU International Missions Night was a night of sharing about places special to us and praying for all the nations of the world and the missionaries God has in place around the world.

We brought ornaments and our stories representing the countries special to us!

And we shared Christmas Goodies from around the world!
Every nation was represented with an ornament!

And we gathered a special offering for our partners in Haiti-Continue to pray for Haiti.

"The Girls" have been crafting again!

Some of you girls may want to try something challenging like buffalo plaid while others may be skeptical-
Just come-we'll have something fun for every skill level!

Tammy Weeks, Missions Ministries Director
Ronald Ginn, Pastor of Island Creek
Tammy and Pastor Ronald are getting the ground ready to plant pumpkins right here at Charity!
They know alot about sowing seed and expecting a harvest-they pray alot!

Sarah Southerland of Peace has already made a batch of strawberry jelly to sell at the Fall Festival!

Let's get busy ladies!

The WMU ladies teamed up in March, April and May and had a great time starting on some of the wood signs and painting prayer chairs that we will have available at the Fall Festival. All of the money raised will go to the Paul Langston Wheelchair Ramp Fund. Such a great need in Sampson and Duplin Counties for ramps. Remember,
"When provision meets need-that's ministry!"

We'd like to

by joining us at our next work session. As you can see, all the girls had a great afternoon, shared ideas and accomplished alot too!
all of our EBA ladies to put feet and a little"elbow grease" to your

What a Great time of worship!

There were 18 churches represented.

Jair and Sofia Escalona from Maranantha sang and lead the group in worship of our Great God! What a wonderful gift God has given to this father and daughter!
Lilly Wooten of Beulaville Baptist brought the message and Elva Rivera of Emanuel translated. Dynamic message! Great Job ladies!

Our Pumpkins & Praise Fall Festival was a huge success!

Our Great God Blessed us with a beautiful fall day and the beauty of the season!
